This proposition would allow Clark County to acquire, construct, remodel, and equip public safety and criminal justice infrastructure in Clark County, including the remodel and expansion of the Clark County Jail and courtrooms and a new or remodeled Sheriff's Office Headquarters; issue no more than $366,204,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 31 years; and levy annual excess property taxes on all taxable property within Clark County to pay the bonds, pursuant to Resolution 2026-07-08.
