THE IMPLICATION OF PASSAGE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS STRUCTURES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SHORTER IN HEIGHT, MAY BE DESIGNED WITH LARGER FOOTPRINT AND WIDER IN AREA, AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS. THE AMENDMENT IF PASSED MAY IMPACT DENSITY OF STRUCTURES.
