The levy would begin July 1, 2027 and would provide funding for the Gates RFPD to maintain the current level of emergency services and meet the fire district’s increasing operating costs. Additional revenues would fund the upgrade or replacement of district vehicles and equipment. The proposed rate would generate approximately $72,367 in 2027 /2028; $74,176 in 2028/2029; $76,030 in 2029/2030; $77,931 in 2030/2031.
