Get StartedShall a proposition of McIntosh County, Oklahoma, renewing the existing one-half (1/2) of one (1) percent County sales tax, with no tax increase, for a period of fifteen (15) years, to expire on December 31, 2041, for the purpose of funding projects owned by the County and located entirely within the County, to be allocated as follows one-fourth (1/4) of one (1) percent of said sales tax to be used for improvements and maintenance of county buildings, and one-fourth (1/4) of one (1) percent of said sales tax to be used for improvements, maintenance and construction of county roads and bridges; providing for all revenues to be administered by the Board of County Commissioners and subject to annual budgeting, audit, and public reporting, as authorized by 68 O.S. §1370; and authorizing the pledging of sales tax revenues for the payment of principal and interest on any indebtedness incurred by or on behalf of the County, be approved?
