Get StartedThe Governance Board of South Beach Regional Fire Authority adopted Resolution No. 2026-400, concerning emergency response facilities to protect public health, life and property. This proposition would authorize the Authority to: construct a replacement headquarters fire station on land owned by the Authority outside the flood/seismic risk area, improving highway accessibility to reduce emergency response times; retire the existing station; improve firefighting and emergency response support facilities; acquire apparatus and equipment; issue no more than $10,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 25 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to repay the bonds, all as provided in Resolution No. 2026-400.
