Get StartedThe Board of Commissioners of the Grant County Public Hospital District No. 5, dba Mattawa Community Medical Clinic, adopted Resolution No. 2026-01 concerning the District's regular property tax. If approved, this proposition would provide funds for the limited purpose of expanded health care services and expanded health care facilities. The proposition authorizes (1) a maximum regular property levy rate for collection in 2027 of $0.75/$1,000 assessed value, (2) the use of a limit factor of up to six percent (6%) to adjust levies in 2027-2035, and (3) use of the 2035 levy amount as the basis for computing the limitations on levies in subsequent years.
