Town of Burns - Water & Sewer Systems $2,100,000 for construction upgrades, equipment replacement, operational support, and system modernization for town of Burns water and sewer utilities to ensure compliance, reliability, and long-term infrastructure sustainability. F. Town of Pine Bluffs - Sewer Lift Station $750,000 for upgrades to lift station pumps, wet wells, SCADA control systems, and site improvements to enhance wastewater reliability, reduce failure risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. G. Laramie County Library $6,382,895 for infrastructure improvements in Cheyenne and remodel and construction connected to separate library buildings and Pine Bluffs.
