Town of Burns - Sewer & Water Construction $1,000,000 for construction upgrades, operational support, and equipment investments for sewer and water systems to enhance capacity, reduce system failures, and ensure long-term service reliability. F. Town of Pine Bluffs - Electric System Improvements $3,000,000 for voltage conversion and substation reconstruction to modernize the electric grid, improve reliability, enhance safety, and support future residential and commercial growth. G. City of Cheyenne - Downtown Improvement Project $4,000,000 to the city of Cheyenne for downtown improvements and maintenance to include the Depot, Depot Plaza, parking structures, curb, gutter, sidewalks, lighting, alleyways, enclosed storage for trash and recycling containers, roads, signage, and needed equipment.
