Proposition B - Facilities Bonds

Shall the Joint Executive Governing Board of Normandy Schools Collaborative of St. Louis County, Missouri borrow money in the amount of $40,000,000 for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, renovating, improving, demolishing, furnishing and equipping school sites, buildings, and related facilities, including the purchase of vehicles, and issue general obligation bonds for the payment thereof? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the school district is anticipated to remain at the current levy of $1.8000 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property.
