Proposition No. 1 - Replacement Educational Programs & Operations Levy

The Board of Directors of Adna School District No. 206 adopted Resolution No. 24-25-16, concerning a proposition supporting educational programs not funded by the state. This proposition would authorize the District to replace an expiring levy by levying the following excess taxes upon all taxable property within the District, to fund education programs and operations, including: course/program options; class size reduction; classroom technology: STEM education; facilities maintenance; extracurricular activities, including athletics and robotics; and a school nurse: Collection Year: 2027 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $1.50 Levy Amount: $1,341,772 Collection Year: 2028 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $1.50 Levy Amount: $1,408,861 Collection Year: 2029 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $1.50 Levy Amount: $1,553,269 Collection Year: 2030 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $1.50 Levy Amount: $1,630,932 as provided in the resolution.
