This proposition would authorize the District to add to and replace portions of Mukilteo, Serene Lake and Olivia Park Elementaries and Explorer Middle School; expand the Kamiak High School gymnasium; replace and improve track, field and athletic facilities; update technology systems; make safety and security upgrades; and upgrade building components, by issuing $400,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 21 years; and to levy excess property taxes annually to repay the bonds, as described in Resolution #12/2025-26.
