Proposition No. 1 - Replacement Educational Programs And Operations Levy

The Board of Directors of Nine Mile Falls School District No. 325-179 adopted Resolution No. 11-26, concerning a proposition to finance educational programs and operations expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to levy the following excess taxes, replacing an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District, for support of educational programs and operations expenses not funded by the State (including safety, music, arts, nurses, counselors, class size reduction, athletics, transportation, technology, extracurricular and enrichment activities): Collection Year: 2028 Estimated Levy Rate/ $1,000 Assessed Value: $2.10 Levy Amount: $4,354,837 Collection Year: 2029 Estimated Levy Rate/ $1,000 Assessed Value: $2.10 Levy Amount: $4,428,827 Collection Year: 2030 Estimated Levy Rate/ $1,000 Assessed Value: $2.10 Levy Amount: $4,504,075 all as provided in Resolution No. 11-26.
