Proposition No. 2 - Safety, Security and Infrastructure Improvements Replacement Levy

The Board of Directors of West Valley School District No. 363 adopted Resolution No. 26-05, concerning a proposition to fund safety, security and infrastructure improvements. This proposition would authorize the District to levy the following excess taxes, replacing an expiring levy, on all taxable property within the District, to make District-wide safety, security and infrastructure improvements (including modernizing entrance security, door locks, cameras; replacing HVAC at Spokane Valley High; constructing library addition at Pasadena Park Elementary): Collection Year: 2028 Estimated Levy Rate/ $1,000 Assessed Value: $1.00 Levy Amount: $4,191,809 Collection Year: 2029 Estimated Levy Rate/ $1,000 Assessed Value: $1.00 Levy Amount: $4,317,563 all as provided in Resolution No. 2026-05.
