Proposition No. 2 - FACILITIES MAINTENANCE LEVY

The Board of Directors adopted Resolution No. 18-25 concerning a capital projects levy. This proposition authorizes renovation and replacement of facilities and systems where periodical repairs are no longer economical, and other capital projects, and authorizes the district to levy the following excess levies for such purposes on all taxable property within the district: Collection Year: 2026 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $0.36 Levy Amount: $11,000,000 Collection Year: 2027 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $0.35 Levy Amount: $11,000,000 Collection Year: 2028 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $0.34 Levy Amount: $11,000,000 Collection Year: 2029 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $0.33 Levy Amount: $11,000,000 Collection Year: 2030 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $0.32 Levy Amount: $11,000,000 Collection Year: 2031 Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $0.31 Levy Amount: $11,000,000 all as provided in District Resolution No. 18-25.
