If approved, this proposition would fund law and code enforcement community safety efforts by restoring Benton City's levy rate to $1.60 per $1,000.00 of assessed value for collection in 2027; with annual increases in 2028-2036 based on the Consumer Price Index, Western Region never exceeding $1.60 per $1,000.00 of assessed value for each of the nine succeeding years.
