Get StartedThe Separate Proposal covers construction costs necessary to renovate the second floor of the Riverview Annex in the 2026-2027 school year. The renovations will improve the four (4) exisiting classrooms, commong areas, bathrooms, and storage areas; thereby providing additional instructuional space to accomodate the Denville Township School Districts K-8 enrollement expansion. In subsequent years, the funds will be used for the employment of additional certificated and/or non-certificated personanel and for the continued maintainance of the Riverview Annex, at a cost of $700,250 per year. Voter approval of this proposal will result in a permanent increase in the tax levy of 1.83%, meaning the local school tax levy will increase by that percentage and the actual dollar amount of the icnrease will become part of the base budget moving forward.
