Question 1 - School Bonds

Shall the Rapid City Area School District 51-4, Meade and Pennington Counties, South Dakota, Issue Its Negotiable General Obligation School Bonds in a Principal Amount Not Exceeding $107,000,000, Issued in One or More Series Provided No Series Shall Exceed the District's Constitutional Debt Limit, Bearing Interest at Such Rates as May Be Determined by the School Board, Payable and Maturing from 1 and Not to Exceed 20 Years After the Date of Issuance, for the Purpose of Financing School Improvements Including Constructing, Renovating, and Improving School Facilities, Including but Not Limited To: Hvac Energy and Efficiency Upgrades at Horace Mann Elementary, Meadowbrook Elementary, and North Middle School; Safety and Security Upgrades at Black Hawk, Grandview, Knoll Wood, Southwest Middle, and West Middle Schools; a Renovation and Addition to South Park Elementary; Construction of a New Elementary School on the Parkview Property; Safety and Security Improvements at Stevens High School; Furnishing and Equipping the Same, and Paying the Costs of Issuance for the Bonds, If So Approved by the Voters?
