Shall a special one percent sales and use tax be continued in Haralson County for a period of time of six years for the raising of approximately $31,000,000 for the purpose of funding (a)(i) Recreation, (ii) Government Improvements, (iii) E-911 Upgrade, (iv) Government Complex, (v) Public Safety, (vi) Roads and Bridges, and (vii) My Turn Field, all for the benefit of Haralson County, Georgia; (b)(i) Public Safety Facilities and equipment, (ii) Public Works, Water and Wastewater Facilities and Equipment, (iii) Recreation, Parks, Cultural Arts and Downtown Facilities and Equipment, (iv) Public Building Renovations, and (v) Roads, Streets, Bridges, Sidewalks & Drainage Improvements, all for the benefit of the City of Bremen, Georgia; (c) (i) Roads, Streets, Bridges and Sidewalks, (ii) Water, Sewer Solid Waste Handling Facilities, Public Safety, Public Transportation, Public Works, Library and Administrative Facilities, (iii) Public Works, Public Safety, City Administration, and (iv) Historical, Agricultural, Recreational and Park Facilities, all for the benefit of the City of Buchanan, Georgia; (d) (i) Roads, Streets, Bridges, Sidewalks, & Other Public Street Improvements, (ii) Water, Sewer, and Gas Facility Repairs, (iii) Utility Expansion and Repairs, (iv) Retirement of Previously Incurred General Obligation Debt, (v)Public Works Vehicles and Equipment, (vi) Recreation Complex Maintenance & Improvements, (vii) Recreation Equipment & Repairs, (viii) Police Vehicles and Equipment, (ix) Municipal Buildings Repairs & Expansion, (x) Community Development Equipment & Projects, (xi) Economic Development Projects, (xii) Cultural Arts Center & Old Gym Renovation, (xiii) Museum, Library, & Senior Center Facility Renovations, (xiv) New Computers & Other Technology/Communication Upgrades, (xv) Cemetery Maintenance, Upgrades, & Expansion, and (xvi) Lake Repair, all for the benefit of the City of Tallapoosa, Georgia; and (e)(i) Municipal Property Repairs & Improvements, (ii) Water and Sewer Projects, and (iii) Payment of previous General Obligation Debt for Capital Outlay Projects, all for the benefit of the City of Waco, Georgia?
