Shall Unified School District No. 329, Wabaunsee County, Kansas (Wabaunsee), issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $14,000,000, to pay the costs to: (a) construct, furnish and equip a new career and technical education facility, including related site and infrastructure improvements; (b) make improvements and renovations to Wabaunsee Elementary School, Wabaunsee Junior High School and Wabaunsee High School facilities, including interior and exterior building, HVAC, window, fire alarm, safety and security, classroom and instructional space, roof, kitchen, playground and restroom improvements; (c) renovate and repurpose existing District facilities for administrative offices and educational programs; (d) remove existing modular facilities and undertake associated site improvements; (e) undertake all other necessary improvements related to the foregoing; and (f) pay costs of issuance and interest on the bonds during construction of the project; all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 72-5457, and K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.?
