Get StartedShall Unified School District No. 436, Montgomery County, Kansas (Caney Valley), issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $12,000,000, to pay the costs to acquire, construct, equip and install renovations and improvements in the District, including but not limited to (a) the District elementary school, including an addition with secured main entrance, a storm shelter; special education and early learning center improvements and other site improvements; (b) the District junior/senior high school building, including an addition with storm shelter, locker rooms, and special education; and (c) if sufficient bond proceeds are available after paying for the foregoing projects and bond costs of issuance, District parking lot improvements, track resurfacing, and all other necessary and related improvements; pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 72-5457 and K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.?
