Shall San Miguel waive the 5.25% property tax limit imposed by CRS section 29-1-1704, or any other law, for the County's Early Childhood Education Fund and for the County's Mental Health Services Fund, without any increase in the current property tax mill levy rate of 0.75 mills for each fund, and be authorized to collect, retain, and soend the full amount of all revenues genrated for those purposes beginning in 2026 and in all fiscal years thereafter, as authorized in previous elections, until and unless repealed by a majority of the registered electors of San Miguel County?
