Economy

This will be my highest priority as your representative. I will fight to keep the government out of your pocket. You, not politicians, should decide how to spend your hard-earned money. Bad policy has led to a bloated government and higher prices for everything, including the food on your table, heat for your home, and the roof over your head. Enough is enough. Learn more

We need to fund education fully. I support parents' right to choose the best educational path for their children. Our classrooms and curricula need to return to the basics, set higher standards of education, and prepare children to be successful citizens. Ideology does not belong here. Learn more

Environment / Energy

We need to take regional and statewide approaches to develop water supplies for the benefit of local economies, while not allowing one region to be collateral damage for another. We need to be good stewards of the supplies we have and be intentional about protecting and enhancing the environment we live in. Learn more

We need realistic energy policies that don't drive our state and families into the ground. The cost of energy is directly related to affordability. Unreasonable regulations have led to higher costs, unreliability, loss of jobs, and revenue loss that needs to be backfilled. All options need to be kept on the table. Learn more

Taxes / Budget

I am a staunch defender of TABOR. Taxpayers should hold the reins on their tax dollars to limit government growth and spending. Even so, lawmakers have found workarounds like "fees" to circumvent voter approval and fund pet projects. I will be a voice against unnecessary spending. Learn more
