Accessory dwellings create additional habitable space in an existing structure without increasing the physical footprint of the building. This could include converting a garage or other existing structure on a property into a new living space. In addition, housing prices based on economic factors such as median household income can provide a mechanism to ensure the availability of affordable housing. Learn more
