This can be a first step in breaking the unnecessary bond of healthcare to employment. This could be implemented by offering unrestricted tax deductions or penalty fee payment from IRAs and 401-Ks. In order to facilitate the implementation of the Trump 2019 executive order to publish prices, health providers should be required to choose one real price and eliminate negotiated networks. All healthcare is delivered retail. Quantity discounts are inappropriate for the nature of delivery of healthcare. Having a single price for each product or service per provider will allow open competition and reduce consumer confusion or billing mistrust. Along with consumer access to real prices, publishing should include satisfaction ratings through anonymous reviews collected at billing remittance (just like Amazon). Learn more
