Today, restrictive policies like minimum wage mandates, mandatory overtime laws, and business permitting schemes limit opportunities, raise costs, and make it harder for people to participate in the economy. My policies will restore economic freedom by allowing employers and employees to negotiate their own terms, removing barriers that slow or block new businesses, and expanding opportunities for workers who want to build experience, earn more, or create something of their own.
