ICE must be dismantled. We cannot simply eliminate the fundamental mission of enforcing immigration laws, but it is clear that as an agency ICE is a threat to American Citizens and legal residents. To dismantle ICE, we must first redistribute its basic missions to existing federal agencies capable of Constitutionally handling those tasks, such as the FBI, ATF, Border Patrol, DEA, and US Marshals.
