I want to propose “Tennessee Fair wage Plan” with a two-year review system. Gradual steps to not hurt our small businesses. Offer temporary tax credits for small businesses under a certain revenue and a certain number of employees. I want to tax the big corporations. We give away 700 million a year in corporate tax cuts. We can modestly increase that to make sure we are covering the 800 million it would cost us to eliminate the grocery tax. Learn more
Our public schools are under attack and being defunded. I want to get them the resources they need, work with teachers and administration to make sure every child no matter where they live and who they are has a fair chance to succeed. Whether that’s college, a trade school, or going straight to work. Learn more
