Get StartedThe Scriptures teach that we are known from our mothers' wombs (Psalms 139:13). AL has been a pro-life state traditionally. I will continue to support this stance as a Legislator. Learn more
2. Boys are boys, and girls are girls, and they should use the proper facilities. 3. Children should not be taught about transgender topics in school. Learn more
If you have enough money to spend on gambling, then you should not qualify for government aid. Learn more
Voting is a right every US Citizen should participate in. It is not meant for illegal immigrants and felons. Learn more
I will propose new legislation regarding the types of information collected on AL Citizens and how it can be used to predictively determine outcomes in matters like healthcare, finance, and law enforcement. Learn more

The process of how votes are taken, tallied, reported, and confirmed needs to be carefully inspected and thoroughly monitored. We need to make certain the Alabama voting process has integrity, confidentiality, and is available for people qualified to vote. All votes casted should require an individual to present a valid ID. Construction of new prisons are absolutely necessary. There is also a more holistic approach that needs to be strategically considered crossing agency and branch of government lines. The legislature, law enforcement, the judicial branch, Department of Corrections, and Pardons and Parole must all strategically be involved in developing a longer-term strategy to address criminal activity in Alabama. Learn more
Veteran support should take priority over immigration. Learn more
1) stop providing broad government handouts; 2) encourage a free market economy by allowing goods and services not needed to expire and realign resources to those that are needed; 3) promote the development of a skilled workforce (Community Colleges and Trade Schools) that will continue to make Alabama a prosperous place to own and operate thriving businesses; 4) keep government out of price fixing. Learn more
I believe a free market economy should be allowed to operate with limited government involvement. Learn more
Many students have inadequate connectivity (broadband) to remain active in school while facing pandemic requirements. Learn more
Revisionist history and alternative curriculum like CRT are dividing our nation and have no place in our schools. Learn more
We must limit products that could compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected information maintained by the government. We must require an auditable, standard that all agencies must meet. Learn more
I will continue to support legislative matters that protect the rights of gun owners, and take significant action against those who abuse this right to harm others. I believe laws like conceal carry do impinge on the rights to bear arms, but I also understand why and how law enforcement use it to protect citizens from malicious actors. As a legislator I will defend our individual liberties first. Learn more
I do believe other agencies like the Department of Agriculture and Industries play a role in healthcare at the state level. Through the promotion of healthy foods we can continue to see a strong Alabama. Learn more
I also believe successful hospitals and health insurance companies should continue to operate in a free market economy to continue to innovate and provide exceptional healthcare technologies and services. Healthcare cannot be the job of the government outside of the limited social services provided by state agencies. Learn more
We should continue to invest in our state mental health, but also in state education system to positively impact children as they have been significantly impacted by the ramifications of the virus. Learn more
As a Legislator, it would be my job to leverage my experience to advocate for the best use of grants and other funds to solve our rural healthcare challenges. I believe we should unleash technology funding for preventative healthcare measures and stop focusing on spending for just "sick care." We must encourage through tax exemptions for instance healthy habits like food, exercise, and natural medicines. Learn more
Legal immigration creates a wonderful dynamic for America. I will support any laws which are common sense measures to support the proper method for naturalization. Learn more
Veteran support should take priority over immigration. Learn more
I believe we should continue to align resources around funding provided for broadband, while considering the potential for the state to control some centralized fiber connectivity for agencies for specific corridors within the state. Learn more
We must continue to leverage grants and other financial resources to build out fiber based infrastructure to provide adequate and resilient infrastructure for video based learning and high-speed use cases in homes across the county. Learn more
Having worked with many state departments of transportation in the past I have learned that we cannot simply build our way out of the problems. We must operate infrastructure in a cooperative manner allowing, for instance, a roadway experiencing congestion to auto-notify applications monitoring traffic flow to notify commuters of alternative routes. Learn more
We must limit products that could compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected information maintained by the government. We must require an auditable, standard that all agencies must meet. I will propose legislation that would require a definitive standard for agencies to operate under regardless of requirements defined by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) and the IRS. Learn more
I will propose legislation that would require a definitive standard for agencies to operate under regardless of requirements defined by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) and the IRS. I believe aligning to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) creates the most adaptable environment for state agencies and others to follow. Learn more
If you have enough money to spend on gambling, then you should not qualify for government aid. Learn more
Marijuana in many states have legalized it as a "cash cow" for taxes. This should not be the basis as to why it is legalized or not for Alabama. Before making a definitive decision, the Legislature should analyze the social impacts on the states that have legalized it to understand the longer-term ramifications to crime, mental health, and the general well-being of Citizens. Learn more
I will advocate for common sense tax law that will assist in the prosperity and the health of Alabamians. One example is a Grown in Alabama tax exemption I intend to put forward. With this proposal I will advocate that anything that is grown in Alabama (fish, produce, honey, beef, pork, etc.) and that is not a processed food be exempted from sales tax. Learn more
