Get StartedRoe vs Wade was put into place for a reason: for the many fatalities of women receiving abortions by unlicensed individuals, infant abandonments, and fatal pregnancies that need an urgent abortion. A woman's right to make her own decision, whether physical or mental, on whether she chooses to have a child or not. The states nor the federal government should have laws in place to criminalise women and their physicians for having an abortion. Learn more
People have the right to live their lives in a way that fits their lifestyle and culture. The LGBTQ communities have been under attack for decades ever since they came out for equal rights and no longer hid in the shadow of shame that society has cast upon them. Today it's a more liberal society, but not everyone in society is ready to accept different lifestyles and cultures. Which means we have to protect all citizens' rights in the United States without prejudice and discrimination. Learn more
Extreme consequences should be put into law for extremist politicians. These laws should apply to every American citizen, including Congress, the Senate, the President and Vice President, and, oh yes, even the Supreme Court. The law should state that anyone found accused of threats to our democracy by physical or conspiracy threats. Will be expelled and banned from federal office and, depending on the severity of the crimes, face prosecution and imprisonment. Learn more
Shopping establishments will stop armed persons from invading public places and murdering adults and children. Banning assault weapons and background checks will decrease gun violence; adding more guns in public places will cause a high percentage of more gun deaths of innocent lives. Learn more
Gun control is an issue that needs immediate action; we cannot let our country keep falling victim to gun violence. Learn more
Eliminating employer-sponsored health coverage would allow companies to divert their insurance payments to the paychecks of their workers. While workers would need to adjust to higher taxes to cover UHC, they would still save an expected 1,400 annually, per person, which may then be used to further stimulate the economy. This change could bring about better health and better economic growth. Learn more
Universal coverage provides access to health care for those without the means to currently afford the costs. It would improve the health of the general population by providing routine care, preventive care, treatment, and support and resources to maintain their current conditions. Additionally, with the elimination of financial burdens from medical fees, middle- to low-income households would be able to provide their families with basic needs such as food and housing, among other things. Immigration is really the key to the US future of a thriving, productive country if governed correctly. First, we have to stop the demonising of our neighbours across the southern border. And we have to legislate a bill that is current with the times. Which means a more humane processing system to speed up the documentation of legal immigrants' rights to citizenship and a humane process for deporting illegal immigrants. Learn more
If the US and Mexico work together with a joint jurisdiction plan to educate illegals on the process and procedures to become legal to cross our borders. This would decrease the population of illegal crossings and unnecessary deaths and hardships of immigrants and minimize cost of tax dollars for border security. Learn more
The Poverty to Profession Program that I am proposing to Congress is a job programme to help the homeless, incarcerated, unemployed, and people living in disenfranchised neighbourhoods. This program will also reinforce the shrinking middle class and provide a liveable wage income along with a certified profession. Learn more
I will legislate to enforce the Price Gouging Prevention Act of 2024. This would prohibit price gouging at the federal level – anytime and anywhere. The proposed bill would clarify that price gouging is an unfair and deceptive practice under the FTC Act. Learn more
The programme will be 10 to 14 weeks of training to prepare for apprenticeships for electricians, plumbers, HVAC, carpenters, etc., and also professions like nursing, paralegal and accounting. We will be providing GED programmes for those who did not graduate high school. Learn more
My passion is getting Americans a wage increase of 23.85 an hour. It would give a liveable wage so that they can afford the necessities, with some disposable income left over to enjoy for themselves and their families. It will also decrease poverty and homelessness. Also, we need a cost-of-living wage increase on the minimum wage of 2.00 every two years for the next ten years. This will help Americans stay ahead of inflation. Learn more
