We are suggesting an Hawaiian currency and central bank that would issue loans to commercial banks. The Hawai'i currency would be pegged to the US Dollar. Hawai'i has the potential to be financially independent and sovereign and to create a minimum wage income economy along with a guaranteed minimum income. The kingdom could borrow 1 or more trillion dollars from the central bank to purchase all island private land at tax assesed value with a perpetuity lease back agreement based on value of improvements and ability to pay.
