We aim to maximize the benefits of the Academy Provider Agreement by increasing training opportunities for Deputies, Dispatchers, and Jailers. In order to strengthen our fight against crime, we intend to restructure assignments and introduce specialized investigators. This approach will involve categorizing criminal investigations into distinct units for more efficient handling of cases, with a focus on crimes against persons and property crimes. Additionally, we plan to establish a dedicated Narcotics Investigations Program. This program will target drug dealers through the use of asset forfeiture funds, creating a confidential informant program, conducting controlled drug buys, and seizing assets utilized in felony drug sales offenses.
