I am committed to providing gun sense legislation for all who are allowed to own guns. As a legislator, I would Update background checks so that guns are not as easily accessible to people with felony convictions, domestic abuse restraining orders, and/or those who have mental health concerns; and , Advocate for safe storage legislation so that those who rightfully own guns are able to store them so that children or others are not able to access their guns to inflict harm on others.
