The lockdowns of schools were a tragedy and have taken a heavy toll on California’s children. Jack will fight for empowering parents and expanding choice in education, such as expanding charter schools. He will fight to reduce state regulations and requirements for school districts so that local schools have more flexibility to meet the needs of their students. Learn more
Jack received a Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) permit after he defended a victim of domestic violence as a pro bono lawyer. He is a strong supporter of the Second Amendment and will push for legislation to expedite granting CCWs to victims of domestic violence. Sadly, Democrats in Sacramento refuse to increase penalties for crimes committed with guns but instead are limiting the rights of law abiding citizens.
