Based on my many years experience as a school administrator, I believe we are at a dangerous crossroads in our education systems. Fewer and fewer new graduates are entering the education field at a time when high numbers of our teachers are nearing retirement age. We must work to encourage more young adults to consider teaching as a career field. Learn more
