Get StartedKenny will back the blue by giving our police officers and first responders the resources, training, and support they need to keep our communities safe. He'll prioritize law and order with tougher penalties for violent crimes and smart steps to reduce repeat offenders. Every Michigander deserves safe streets and neighborhoods, no matter their zip code—Kenny will stand up for the heroes on the front lines who put their lives on the line every day. Learn more
Kenny will fight to keep the state's promise to repeal the income tax, putting more money back in the pockets of hardworking families. As Casco Township Treasurer, he knows firsthand the heavy tax burden families face with property taxes and homeownership. He'll push for real reforms to ease that pressure and make owning a home achievable again. Kenny will prioritize policies that lower everyday costs by repealing the income tax, cutting unnecessary regulations, and promoting real economic growth right here in Southwest Michigan. Learn more
Lansing loves to brag about pouring more money into the system every year, but the results aren't getting better. Teachers aren't seeing real pay increases, and dollars are going to bloated administration instead of classrooms. As a former South Haven School Board member and a proud graduate of our public schools, Kenny knows firsthand how great teachers and public education opened the door to the American Dream for him. That ladder has been pulled up on too many kids today, and we need to bring it back down. Kenny will fight to redirect funding from administrative waste straight to teachers' salaries and student resources, while implementing real reforms for better accountability, stronger outcomes, and true support for parents and educators. Kenny will make sure every single dollar raised from fuel taxes goes straight to fixing and improving our roads—no more diversions or excuses. He'll push to streamline outdated mining regulations that are costing taxpayers hundreds of millions every year and driving up the price of building and maintaining infrastructure. Instead of wasting billions on corporate welfare handouts—like the billions poured into programs that pick winners and losers among big companies—Kenny will redirect those funds to real priorities. That kind of money could have repaved a two lane highway from Lansing to the Mackinac Bridge TWICE. Most importantly, he'll fight to prioritize local roads, where the vast majority of Michiganders drive every single day, instead of letting state highways and expressways hog the funding while our neighborhood streets fall apart. We've seen the same kind of fraud, waste, and abuse play out across the country, including massive scandals in places like Minnesota, which erodes trust in government. Kenny will DOGE our state, support legislation to create a Department of Government Efficiency to root out every dollar of waste, and ensure taxpayer money is used responsibly. He'll increase transparency to stop insider deals, hold politicians accountable, and protect hardworking Michiganders by directing services and benefits to those who have earned them and paid into the system—no more handouts to special interests. Kenny often shares the story of his grandfather, who grew up working-class in the 1950s earning a dollar an hour—enough to put a roof over his family's head, a car in the driveway, and live his slice of the American Dream. If he got fired from one factory, he could walk next door and get a new job the same day. Those days are gone because of bad policies, but Kenny is determined to bring them back. He'll reinstate right-to-work laws to protect workers' freedoms and attract good jobs, repeal prevailing wage mandates that drive up costs and favor special interests over individual workers, and prioritize native Michigan workers in hiring and training programs to rebuild our manufacturing base and deliver real, good-paying opportunities for locals.
