We need to employ creative solutions to the shrinking of our communities and the flight of our youth. We do this by addressing such issues as the cost of health insurance, lack of affordable housing, addressing the opiate addiction and mental health problems, expanding access to affordable daycare and early childhood education, workforce development and business incentives, along with creating vibrant social, cultural, and economic communities that people want to move to and our children want to stay in.
