I support our teachers, who work tirelessly for too little pay, and trust them in the work that they do. I am a strong advocate for a sustainable future for Kent County, including advancements in sorting and recycling. We must think progressively and creatively to solve this issue or we will end up opening another landfill in someone’s back yard. I’ll also fight to hold polluters accountable and support innovations that keep PFAS out of our water. Learn more
I’ll fight for common sense reform to systems to ensure transparency in billing practices, advocates and translators for our most vulnerable, and increased mental health services, especially for our communities of color. Learn more
I’ll work to implement our Grand River Greenway project in a way that opens access and ensures connectivity across all zip codes.
