Excessive regulations and increased taxes on businesses, can destroy a business, and thus destroy people’s jobs. It is important that we create stability for our healthcare providers and hospitals by increasing the Medicaid reimbursement rate for doctors, health care providers, and hospitals. The Medicaid reimbursement rate has not increased in over a decade. The Nevada Legislature must also address the shortage of nurses, doctors, and mental health/behavioral health care hospitals in the State of Nevada. Learn more
