Get StartedPennsylvania's justice system is letting violent and repeat criminals off with light or no punishment, even when they have rap sheets a mile long. Mike supports expanding mandantory minimum sentences and three strike laws, and the reopening of juvenile rehabilitation centers and mental health institutions. Mike supports qualified immunity for our great law enforcement officers. Learn more
PA Families deserve to know what the public school system is teaching their children, and who is teaching them. Boys are in our daughter's locker rooms and playing on their sports teams. Libraries across the region have books with adult sexual topics in children's sections. Young adults are pushed to avoid technical training in favor of dead-end college degrees. Mike believes in curriculum transparency, a complete ban on boys playing in our girl's sports, and prohibitions on adult content in children's library books. He supports expanded opportunities for education in the trades, voucher programs for school choice, and policies that will enable more parents to stay at home with their children. Learn more
Mike is a big believer in the right to defend yourself and your family, and that's why he supports policies like stand your ground laws, protection for those who have to use firearms to defend themselves, permitless carry, and nationwide reciprocity. Learn more
Jobs have been leaving the Allegheny Valley for decades. Companies moved out of the county, out of the state, or out of the country and that ends now. With a national push to reindustrialize America, Mike will champion the valley to capture those jobs, union and non-union alike, from manufacturing to high tech. Mike will work to limit property tax increases to inflation rates to stop municipalities and counties from sending our property taxes through the roof, and he supports lowering Allegheny County's sales tax to match our neighboring counties. Good jobs and low taxes are the foundation of a strong community. Mike supports an audit of all Pennsylvania welfare programs to stop fraud, and ensure those programs are available in the future for folks who need them. Learn more
In District 33, hardworking families have been squeezed by soaring housing and rent prices, and homeowners struggle to find affordable repairs when things go wrong. Healthcare costs are out of control, and families can't afford to buy insurance.
