As Chair of the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, Nancy advocates for attainable housing projects in southern Nevada. Recently, she organized and hosted a workshop with developers and agencies to explore strategies to increase the development of condominiums, an important strategy to increasing home ownership rates here in Southern Nevada. Nancy approved the Kyle Canyon Special Area Plan, guiding long-term growth and shaping the future of the northwest valley. Nancy has advocated for new housing developments to include amenities and open space to ensure that we are building beautiful communities that will allow our families to live, work, and play in Ward 6.
