Like most Marylanders, Nino believes our judicial system has become too liberal and needs to refocus on delivering justice to victims. Nino believes in fully funding law enforcement and doing whatever has to be done to provide these heroes with resources they need to do their jobs safely and effectively. He is strongly opposed to the elimination of the Law Enforcement Officers’ Bill of Rights and is committed to reinstating those protections for those that keep us safe. Learn more

Nino believes that a good education is the right of every child. We must place a greater focus on teaching the basics of reading, writing, math, science, and computer skills in our schools. It is only with these basic skills that our future generation will be setup for success. Learn more
Nino is a strong advocate for parental rights and welcomes parental involvement at the administrative and classroom level. He knows schools are only successful with high expectations, accountability, good teachers and involved parents. Nino opposes any teaching of CRT or gender identity in schools. He believes the role of the school is to educate not to promote social policy. Additionally, Nino supports school choice and believes parents have the right to pursue alternative learning options for their children. Learn more
Nino has been a leader in opposing the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project which will destroy northern Baltimore County communities, farms, and jobs. Citizens have been threatened with the use of eminent domain to take their private property and Nino has led the fight against the big power companies seeking to intimidate Baltimore County residents. Baltimore County authorities do not routinely detain illegal immigrants on behalf of federal immigration officials even if they are charged with committing crimes in the county and is considered a sanctuary jurisdiction. Nino believes this policy is wrong and acts as an attraction to draw illegal immigrants to the county and should be changed. Learn more
