Oliver believes that ICE must be abolished. In Congress, he will seek to completely defund ICE, subpoena its leadership to appear before House committees, and issue criminal referrals to the Department of Justice for ICE and other federal immigration agents violating our constitutional rights. Florida's 287(g) agreements with ICE have local, state, and even university campus law enforcement conducting their immigrant detention operations across South Florida.
