I support long-term funding of the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship program to ensure the preservation, protection, and management of public lands for recreational use and environmental protection. I support Medicaid expansion because it’s a smart investment for Wisconsin. Expanding Medicaid could save the state 1.6 billion over two years—funds that could be reinvested in workforce training, child care, and other critical needs.This expansion would cover an additional 89,700 Wisconsinites, providing much-needed health care to working people whose jobs do not provide accessible or affordable options. It would improve access to essential services like preventive care, chronic disease management, medications, and mental health support.
