I do not believe that simply being undocumented makes a person a threat or justifies punishment. People who are living and working here should have a pathway to lawful status when possible. Immigration enforcement must be reformed to ensure safety, accountability, and humane treatment. Until this happens, Tennessee should not participate in enforcement activities beyond what is federally mandated. Learn more
The state has a responsibility to enforce regulations for data centers that protect people, animals, and the environment from harm - including but not limited to noise/vibration, air pollution, light pollution, and infrastructure strain.
