When he applied the ''BROKEN WINDOWS THEORY'' crime went down exponentially! This is want we need to do in California. We also need to remove people from positions in government that are aiding and abetting criminals. It’s time we stop playing defense and start playing offense. Year after year we see this homeless crisis keeps getting worse. Lawmakers in California are encouraging lawlessness and open drug use. They create the problem so they can ask for more money. We need to oust non-elected bureaucrats that get a hefty salary to make the problem worse. Also, the way our Vets are being treated is sickening. We treat animals better than them. No one should be living on the sidewalks. We have plenty of empty buildings not being used. We need to cut the red tape and get these people off the streets and give them help. Learn more
