Stephanie believes Orange County should focus on proven solutions that help people regain stability while protecting the quality of life in every neighborhood. That means using data to identify those most at risk, expanding transitional housing, strengthening partnerships with nonprofit and faith-based organizations, connecting people to mental health care, addiction treatment, workforce training, and other supportive services, and investing in prevention efforts that keep families from becoming homeless in the first place.
