We recently established a budget stabilization fund and that’s significant. But, we must constitutionally establish that fund to protect it in case of a downturn in the economy. Otherwise, any future legislature can raid that fund and use it for “whatever” and not for its intended purpose as a rainy-day fund. Learn more
