Get StartedMaine’s fishing industry brought the first settlers to Maine and has created gainful employment for Mainers ever since. Some people point to the collapse of specific fish stocks as an indication of this industry’s decline. I disagree. Entrepreneurs are realizing that Maine’s unique coastline and inland waterways are perfect for aquaculture. As a legislator, I will encourage the Maine State Government increases its support of our marine food industry. Learn more
I oppose the proposed cuts to Maine Career and Technical Education (CTE) Schools. As a legislator, I would encourage introducing hands-on opportunities for children to learn science and technology as far back as Elementary School. Learn more

This is a Saco Bay issue with its shifting beach sands affecting Scarborough, Old Orchard Beach, Saco, and Ferry Beach State Park. The problem also straddles York & Cumberland Counties. I would encourage the State of Maine to provide the resources and bring all six of these entities together as one to deal with this problem. Learn more
