Connecticut’s tax system places too much of the burden on towns, leaving us almost entirely dependent on property taxes while the state sits on a growing surplus. As your Town Councilor, I will advocate for reforms that allow towns to keep a fair share of the revenue we generate, like a portion of the sales tax.
