Before Day 1, I will begin recruiting Democratic and Republican congressional co-sponsors for the American Opportunity Fund Act. On Day 1, I will introduce it. The Act will federally charter an independent, transparent, privately funded nonprofit dedicated to expanding opportunity for Americans.
